Happy Fathers Day!

On fathers day we went to church and had a lovely breakfast in the morning. For the afternoon Anthony thought it would be fun if we bought Lily a baby pool so she could play in the water. Well as we are standing in the isle at Target trying to decide which pool would be best, Anthony decides it would be great fun if he could join her so he picked the box that had a picture of a dad and a little kid in the pool together and that was the one we bought. After setting it up he and Lily spent 2 hours in a tiny blow up pool (it was so cute!) They really had a good time and as you will see Tootsie got a little jealous and joined in. Anthony is such a wonderful father he is truly dedicated to our family. I am so thankful for him!

A Visit From Uncle Al

The week before father’s day Anthony’s brother Alex surprised us with a visit. We were excited to see him and happy he was able to stay with us for a whole week! He moved to Oregon when Lily was 3 months old so she had a lot of new stuff to show him like that she loves to take Tootsie for rides in her car and that she quite good at flying when she has a good pilot.

6 Months!

So I’m a month late in posting this but Lily turned 6 months old on May 25th! Thanks to Uncle Jeff we get to have photo shoots all the time, so I included some of her 6 month photos. Oh and so far Lily has learned to sit up on her own really well and is trying to crawl but still does not have the coordination to actually move her arm and knees at the same time. She is really good at rocking back and forth in the crawl position but usually just lands on her face. Everyday I think she is going to take off at any minute so I get out the video camera, but so far nothing. I will keep you updated on her movement.

A “Lil” summer

So far this summer has started out amazing with a great beach vacation, a couple of weddings and a lot of pool time with friends. Theses are a few photos of the past weekend at a friends wedding and at back yard bbq. Also I included some of Lily spending some time at Gigi and Papas house while we were out on a movie date.
